30 Day Turbo Fire Progress

I just completed week 4 of Turbo Fire. I am so proud of myself. On day 1 I took my measurements and my week and then I began my journey. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't rocket science. I was committed to working every day that I was supposed to. I did hit some bumps and missed a few workouts but I stuck with it and the results I have seen in just 30 days is amazing.

Listed below are my measurements and weight for day 1 and day 30. I may include pictures at a later time if I'm not too embarrased lol :)
